AT Jones & Son Ltd utilised a Wetherby A1 EWI system leaning on the experience and expertise of the Wetherby technical department and Eddie Eeles. The system contained 300mm Insulation in 2 x 150mm layers Wetherby stone wool insulation. This meant the starter tracks were quite bulky to install and reveals also tricky.
The job contained a number of tricky details around the rooftop located MUGA. The MUGA required heavy duty scrim coat to assist with impact resistance and a 2 part powder coated horizontal movement joint to match top coat colours. This 2 part movement joint was used across the project.
Due to program constraints the project started in October 2022 and was completed in February 2023 incurring the worst of the British weather, with lots of high winds and rainy periods.
