The INCA Training Initiative Award recognises those member company’s who are delivering outstanding training or workforce development initiatives which help drive up quality standards, address the skills shortage or encourage new recruits into our industry. It is open to all INCA members – system designers, installers and associates.

Nominees must be INCA members – you can nominate your own company for this award. Expert judging panel to be announced.
