INCA Awards 2025 Project Categories And Entries
Based on feedback and in an effort to simplify things further we’ve made a number of changes to the categories in 2026.
-
- There are 8 project categories you can enter – 4 under residential and a similar 4 under new build.
- As INCA represent the external wall insulation industry only EWI projects can be entered.
- Projects must be in the UK, Ireland or the Channel Islands and either the system designer or the installer (preferably both) must be an INCA member.
- Modern methods of construction entries are acceptable and encouraged but should be entered under the relevant residential or new build options.
- Small projects (under 300m sq) are identified on the entry form and will be judged equally against similar sized projects.
- All entries will automatically be judged in the new project of the year categories provided that both the system designed AND the installer are INCA members.
We want to ensure that projects are judged fairly and on a like-for-like basis and for that reason INCA reserve the right to create additional categories if/as appropriate for the sole purpose of ensuring a fair judging process.
Deadline for entries Tuesday 30th June 2026
INCA Award Entries – Project Categories
We will be judging against 10 project categories but entry is very simple – you will only need to decide if your project is residential or non residential (if mixed use base judgement on the main purpose of the building), high rise (above 18m), mid rise (4 floors and above: 11m – 18m), low rise (up to 11m or 3 floors) or if your project is a single building of below 300sqM.
Please use your judgement as to which category to enter based on the total height and main use of the building(s) – don’t worry, we will allocate it if you are not sure which one to enter.
All submissions will automatically be entered into one of two new INCA project of the year categories provided that both the system designer AND the installer are both INCA members. The entry categories are as follows:

Useful Information
All entries must adhere to the 2026 INCA Awards Criteria. A contractor member can enter a project designed by a non-member system holder. A system designer can enter a project installed by a non-member contractor. However, the following caveat applies; non-member companies will not be mentioned, by name, in the brochure or any other promotional material unless they use the opportunity to join INCA four weeks prior to the awards ceremony taking place.
Please complete the form below to enter your project into the INCA Awards – you can enter in one of two ways:
- Fill in the project details directly onto the entry form itself
- Put together the full details of the project on a word document and upload it to the form
Note: You will also be required to upload a minimum of 2 images to the entry form. Add the best images you have and include before and afters as appropriate. Make sure they are as good a quality as possible (high res 300dpi at actual size). High end smart phones are good enough.
Provide as much detail as you can – the more info the better your chances of winning! Download our Top Tips Guide To Entering Your Project. If you need any assistance please email: awards@inca-ltd.org.uk
Please note that following on from the awards each project entry will be published as a case study with link to your website and promoted nationally via INCA social media channels so even if you don’t win you do! GOOD LUCK!
