Founded in 2022 by Managing Director Michael Burns in response to the challenges PAS 2035 created for traditional mounting methods, Pattress Systems Ltd designs and supplies patented mounting solutions for the External Wall Insulation (EWI) industry. Their products ensure secure fixing points for lights, cameras, satellite dishes and other external fittings, and pipe-extension brackets allow services to be repositioned to accommodate external wall insulation.
Pattress Systems Ltd – Products
The Dodi range of patented wall mounting systems are straightforward fixing plates designed to be installed at any point during the installation of external wall insulation (EWI) systems. Dodi products are PAS 2035 compliant, fitted with nylon rods to reduce thermal bridging, and enable the extension and continued use of exterior fittings (e.g., lights, cameras, key safes, etc.) during insulation works. Additionally, the Dodi simplifies follow-up visits for installations such as satellite dishes and aerials, as brackets can be pre-mounted to the system.
The MC Plastics brand was launched in 2025 as a range of Rawlplug tested and approved PVC pipe clips and extension brackets which offer a rust-free, long lasting, and safe alternative to traditional metal options. Developed with ease of installation in mind, each clip comes with high quality grade 316 stainless steel nuts and bolts, and each bracket comes with frame fixings with tailored pipe and fitting expertise provided for projects of any size.
