As part of the new Belfry Leisure Resort and the famous Ryder Cup and British Masters golf venue, a small order of the build programme has specific technical constraints that were solved with the inclusion of the Alsecco Ecomin 300 external wall insulation system onto an sheathed SFS build.
The system tied in perfectly with the remaining build for the hotel, ballroom and services facilities as the venue expanded into a leisure resort following the demolition of the former buildings.
ALD installed the system for the main contractor Vinci, providing a crisp finish in silicone render to the low rise building which greets visitors entering The Belfry site. It demonstrates the versatility of the external wall insulation system and all parties involved were delighted with the finished result.
