Thank you to everyone who submitted entries into the INCA Awards 2026. Once again we have had record numbers of entries spread across all the different project categories. Shortlisting has therefore been incredibly difficult and final judging was even more so.

The shortlisted finalists have been carefully selected on a fair and accurate scoring basis by a fully independent panel of judges. INCA are therefore pleased to announce the INCA Awards finalists shortlist for 2026. I’m sure you’ll agree, some amazing projects which truly represent the best in EWI across the diverse range of categories. Congratulations go to all finalists – this in itself is a real achievement.

The category winners will be announced on the night of the awards ceremony on Thursday 12th November 2025, at the Midland Hotel in Manchester..

NOTE 2: Categories have been adjusted and new ones added to reflect entry levels and to ensure projects are judged on an equal, like for like basis. As a result some entries may have been re-categorised so please check the full list of finalists to see if your entry has been shortlisted.

The criteria for this category is any low rise residential project incorporating a full external wall insulation system and predominantly finished with render.

8: Low Rise Residential – Brick

The criteria for this category is any low rise residential project incorporating a full external wall insulation system and predominantly finished with a brick slip / effect finish

9: Small Project of the Year

This category recognises small projects incorporating EWI of 300sqm or below.

10: Project of the Year

We look forward to announcing the shortlist for the Project of the Year category on the night of the awards ceremony itself in Manchester on the 12th November 2026.

The shortlist will be based on the winning projects from each category where both the system designer AND the installation contractor are both INCA members.
