The coveted annual Installer of the Year category is always a popular and highly competitive part of the INCA Awards and we expect 2023 to be no different. Last year it was won by Procast and this year they’ll undoubtedly be looking to retain their tittle but it could go to literally any of our contractor members.

Nominations are open now but this year we’re doing things a little differently!

Who can win?

The award can go to any EWI installer who is registered as an INCA Contractor Member as at June 30th 2023. It doesn’t matter whether you are a large national installer or if you specialise in smaller, regional EWI installations only, nor does it matter if you have won the award before. All installers are in the running and you all have an equal chance of winning.

How does the voting work?

As we said, this year we’re doing things in a different way to ensure the award is both easy to enter and is fairly judged. In 2023 we are asking INCA System Holders and Associates to rate their installer customers, across 5 key areas, from poor to excellent :

  1. Quality of workmanship
  2. Commitment to training
  3. Communication and client satisfaction
  4. Health and safety commitment
  5. Pay on time

The nomination / voting form is a very simple tick box process which should only take minutes to complete.

There is then an optional additional comments box where any additional information can be added which may also taken into consideration in the event of a close run thing.

Who can vote?

Nominations are restricted to INCA System Holders and Associate Members only … we wouldn’t want you voting for yourself or a competitor would we! That said it is absolutely fine to lobby your suppliers to nominate you and we would encourage you to do this as it may increase your chance of winning (depending on how your supplier rates you of course).

Anyone who works for an INCA system holder or associate member can nominate and rate any installer customer. They can rate as many different customers as they choose … all the INCA members they supply if they wish! Should we receive multiple nominations for the same installer from different people within a company we will simply take the average rating so as not to double count.

No voting form will ever be kept, shared or made public so you can be completely honest in your ratings.
