Telegraph House is a new build residential block of apartments in the seaside town of Crosby, Merseyside. The architect and client wanted to deliver a part-brick finish and part render finish to the courtyard areas, with the brick appearance blending in with the surrounding residential and retail buildings in the town centre.

Alongside installer SpringForward, Caparol provided a specification for the system build-up of mineral wool insulation to achieve 0.16 u-value in partnership with the full fill SFS insulation. The two brick slip types complemented each other and the other facade materials chosen for the development, matching the bricks originally envisaged by the architects. Planning was secured without question and the final appearance is a pleasing addition to this town centre arrangement.
