This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of multiple occupied residential flats, delivering a high-quality programme of energy efficiency improvements and building renewal works to enhance both the appearance and performance of the properties.
The compliant installation of Wetherby A1 External Wall Insulation was undertaken to significantly improve the energy efficiency of the buildings, while simultaneously transforming the exterior using a premium smooth render finish incorporating architectural coloured banding to create a modern and cohesive appearance.
Alongside external refurbishment, the existing roofs were renewed to provide long term weather resilience, and loft insulation was topped up to further improve the building thermal efficiency.
Internally, communal closes and drying rooms were fully redecorated, transforming shared spaces into cleaner and more welcoming environments for residents. Throughout the project, a strong emphasis was placed on delivering a high standard of work while minimising disruption to those living in the properties.
The completed refurbishment has delivered lasting benefits through improved energy efficiency, enhanced weather protection, and a significant uplift in the overall appearance of the development.
