Poets View saw the redevelopment of a 1930s dormer bungalow in the costal town of Whitby, transformed into a stunning bespoke family home boasting breath-taking sea views. The clients visions was a modern development that fit in the Art Deco theme. The build itself featured many modern installations, which came together in a simple, yet visually striking way. To achieve the vision for the exterior of the building the client enlisted NC Plastering.

With the property being only meters from the North Sea, NC Plastering knew they needed a render system that would stand up to the harsh climate whilst also been able to offer an aesthetically pleasing design that would fit within the theme. The cold and unpredictable weather meant the team had to prepare to work whenever the opportunity presented itself.
