INCA Case Study: Peacehaven Court, Tredegar

Peacehaven Court was built in 1975 and has 29 one- and two-bedroom flats that are specially designed to service elderly residents within the 6 sheltered accommodation blocks, managed by Tai Calon Community Housing.

Being a non-traditional build type presented some challenges that had to be overcome, which included a variety of substrates for the design and installation of a suitable Johnstone’s Stormshield EPS External Wall Insulation System.

The choice of Colour and Finish options helped the project to really shine, with the contractor seamlessly blending Johnstone’s Silicone Enhanced Render with a Dash Render Finish for the perfect end result.

The residents now have a place they are really proud to live at the same time as reducing their energy consumption.
