Martello Park is a new clifftop development with 4 extremely luxurious apartments, plus a penthouse, situated in Canford Cliffs and overlooking Poole bay.
Mitchell Architects appoined Alsecco to specify and design the EWI system and Platinum Finishes Ltd to complete the install.
DD Mineral wool 150mm thick was specified in order to achieve the challenging U value targets and Alsecco’s Ecomin 400 sytem was selected with a combination of both Silitect and Meldorfer acrylic brick slips to achieve the stunning aesthetics.
The excellent finish by Platinum Facades was received well by the client and potential owners.
