INCA, the recognised trade association for the UK external wall insulation industry are delighted to announce that, in a change from recent years, we will be hosting a face to face AGM alongside a much needed full day EWI industry conference and a meet the associates event which you won’t want to miss. It’s a free event for you as members and any guests you may like to bring along.

We’ll be launching new industry publications, hearing from a variety of speakers on the subjects of EWI retrofit, new build, competency, training and, in view of the current challenges and changes the industry is facing right now, we’ll also have a special presentation from an international keynote speaker on organisational psychology and futuristic vision.

The event will take place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes East – just off the M1 at junction 14.

INCA AGM & EWI Industry Conference 2026 – The Venue

The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes East which is conveniently situated on the A509 immediately off junction 14 of the M1. The full address is: Holiday Inn Milton Keynes East, London Road, Milton Keynes, MK16 0JA and there is ample FREE onsite parking.

For those preferring public transport the hotel is less than 6 miles from Milton Keynes Central railway station making it a very easy venue to reach.

On arrival at the hotel simply follow the signs to Carrington Suites A & B and the Whiting Suite.

INCA AGM & EWI Industry Conference – Format

Throughout the day we will be hosting a “Meet The Associates” event in the Whiting Suite where you’ll get the chance to meet the INCA Associate members, better understand the products, services and training options they provide to the EWI industry and to expand your business networks.

Take your time visiting their small stands before the event starts, over refreshments and lunch or immediately after the conference closes.

The new INCA Associate Member Brochure will also be launched at the event.

Dr. Graham Norris is an expert in futures thinking and decision-making, helping leaders around the world think more clearly about the future so they can realise their ambitions. As an organisational psychologist and futurist, he equips decision-makers with practical frameworks that convert complexity into clarity. His TEDx talk Be More Futurist has inspired over 50,000 viewers.

Graham understands the pressure our industry is under due to bad press and changes in funding streams and will help us navigate though the turbulence and look forward with positivity.

For a small cost your logo will be included on all advertising and promotions both pre and post event. Your support will be recognised on the day and you company will be acknowledged during the presentations and on the screen during breaks. There will also be space for pop-up banner placements and a table for you to brand, man and distribute information, samples and leaflets from at the event.

INCA AGM & EWI Industry Conference – Will You Be Coming?

With so much going on in our industry right now and this some key stakeholder presenters we’re anticipating that this will be a well attended event. We’re hoping not to have to limit the numbers so, as members, you’re welcome to attend with colleagues, representatives and customers and, whilst the purpose is on supporting our membership we are able to open the event up to you non-member guests with a specific interest or influence across the industry or who meet the INCA membership criteria and may be thinking about joining.

To make networking and conversations easier we intend issuing name badges on arrival so if you are intending joining us with colleagues or customers please let us know numbers and names (we can firm up nearer the time of course).

This event is FREE but attendee numbers are also needed to ensure we cater appropriately.
