INCA Membership Benefits

Increased Business Opportunities

INCA membership helps to raise the profile of companies in the EWI industry by identifying them as part of an elite group of professional and reputable market leaders. With energy efficiency at the heart of the Government's green strategy, demand for EWI is expected to soar and clients are increasingly specifying INCA members confident in the knowledge that they will be working with a competent supply chain.

Industry Representation

INCA represents the views of the EWI industry to Government, leading client organisations and other key stakeholders in order to promote EWI, improve the business environment and raise standards. It is a member organisation of the National Specialist Contractors' Council (NSCC), which brings together the building supply chain in the UK, and the European Association for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (EAE) leading on developments in EWI across Europe.

Professional Advice

INCA members have access to free telephone helplines which provide expert support on employment, health and safety, legal and contractual, tax and business, and training issues.

Discounted Products and Services

INCA works in partnership with a number of organisations to offer essential business products and services, often at preferential rates, including employee benefit schemes, insurance, credit reports, CRB checks, and free adjudicator nominations.

INCA Warranty Scheme

INCA members have access to an exclusive quality control and latent defects insurance programme for EWI works provided by QA National Warranties (QANW), which enables their clients to protect against any defects arising after Practical Completion. QANW also offers the INCA Domestic Warranty specifically for householders, which includes deposit protection, a performance guarantee for work in progress, and 10 years protection after the work is completed where the contractor is responsible for rectification of defects and the insurer responds to claims in the event of the contractor having ceased trading in that period.

INCA membership offers direct access to technical and policy information as soon as it becomes available helping members to keep up to date with the latest developments and standards within the industry.
