The headquarters for Gloucestershire Police Authority, Waterfalls Business Park, Quedgley, Gloucester, incorporated the StoTherm Classic external wall insulation system with expanded polystyrene to 100 mm, 130 mm and 150 mm thicknesses to achieve a high thermal insulation standard.

The specifier was McBains Cooper Consulting Ltd, of Oxford; the system designer, Sto Ltd; and the installer, ECL Contracts Ltd – the latter two organisations being members of INCA.
